Cocoa Berry Detox Smoothie by BeckyJane

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon powder
  • 2 types of berries equaling 3 cups total - frozen, fresh, or dried (for the smoothie in the photo, I used 1/2 cup dried goji berries and 2 cups frozen strawberries)
Directions: In your favorite blender, (I use a Vitamix), place all ingredients in the order listed. Blend for about 2 minutes or until smooth.


Serve immediately.


Note: If using dried fruit adjust amount to smaller portions than if you were using fresh fruit.
